In order to solve the freezing and black screen issues please follow these steps; Please do not miss any of the steps, repeat if necessary

 Do a software update 

Please follow these steps:

From the main menu 



2- D-Net

3- Press Red button to start updating be patient, do not stop the downloading …once down it will reboot.

4- go to main page

5- Settings 

6- Factory Reset 0000 is the password 

7- follow steps to reset ALL.

8- once done exist to main menu.


turn receiver off 

Unplug the power cable wait 3 minutes 

Then plug the power cord.

You might need to re-do the the Wi-Fi Setting again

When internet connection is ready 

Go to main menu page, make sure your the the on the Online TV box 

press 9999

once you see a message stating: Rest App Network Sccussfull

it means all steps are done.

Now click on Online TV and the Receiver has been fully updated.
